Qaori is the name of our cooperative and the fixed-value money that we use. <\/span><\/p>\n

Think of Qaori as an economic experiment to give a little nudge to our society and make it a bit more resilient for the next crisis.<\/p>\n

The Resilient Economy Program (REP) is an initiative of the Qaori Cooperative, Foundation (qaori.coop) and Social Enterprise. The REP aims to bring together tools and talents, digital technology systems, and methodology for a 360\u00b0 approach to Thailand’s and the World\u2019s digital and socio-economic transformation. <\/span><\/p>\n

We believe the current economy is not sustainable and auto-destroying by design through excessive financial speculation and money-printing. We aim to build a sustainable, resilient economy as a viable alternative. <\/span><\/p>\n

A cooperative is a company belonging to its members, the sole shareholders. Every person has one voice to vote and make decisions. The name Qaori is derived from the cowrie or Kaori. The seashell was used as the first money since prehistorical times. We think money should return to its original purpose as a payment means for exchange, away from speculation, and become decentralized and autonomous. Qaori has a fixed value, no volatility, and is backed by a global portfolio.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Become a member<\/h2>

The members own and make a cooperative, so the first step is to become one by signing up and registering.<\/p>

Like any financial organization, Qaori needs to \u201cKnow your Customer\u201d\u00a0 (KYC) through an easy online video process with an external provider. The KYC works through a mobile phone or webcam and takes a few minutes to complete. There is also the possibility to upload identification documents. Our team will process these within two business days. Emails with notifications go out at every step of the onboarding procedure.\u00a0<\/p>

Buy your Share<\/h2>

An activation email will be sent and you can now buy your share for 30 USD, once in a lifetime. No other subscription fees, all services are free to use.<\/p>

Use the Bank<\/h2>

You can top up your bank account and wallet using many payment methods: cards, Paypal, bank transfer or payment in cash to administrators.\u00a0<\/p>

With your account, you can buy or sell, transfer, remit to anyone, pay your bills, whatever you need to do 100% free of fees. If you withdraw Qaori from the platform, a 2% fee will be applied, to help with the operational costs.<\/p>

Setup your Shop<\/h2>

A shop is automatically created for you to decorate, fill with products or services to be sold on the Qaori ecommerce platform, to members or no-members. The product of your sales goes directly and immediately to your account, no fees.<\/p>

Use the Crypto Exchange<\/h2>

Qaori is also a fixed-value cryptocurrency which you can use to deposit or stake to make dividends. Use a standard wallet, like Metamask to log on.
