Hyperinflation, unemployment, house and car repossessions, people on the street, hungry. It\u2019s not that it has never happened before\u2026 Did we learn? No, it seems. We go from one bubble to the next, our financial and governance system is a Ponzi Scheme and bound to fail. So far most of us agree. The question is not if but when. Nations are powerless or accomplices, part of the failing system. Regulation is always national, and finance is global, like tax evasion, crime, or climate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But who has solutions? Criticizing and complaining have never solved a problem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some people gathered and analyzed solution proposals. Then, they decided to be part of the solution and created the Qaori Cooperative, an extraterritorial cooperative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cooperative system is widely considered the most sustainable form of enterprise in many aspects. (footnote 1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the problem lies in the financial system and the governance, a new system must be created with a new mindset and using all the digital tools available in the 21st century: the Resilient Economy Program (REP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qaori is conceived to be a safe haven for the members and the people who depend on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this white paper we want to tell the story of how we intend to achieve a Resilient Autonomous Decentralized Economy through the Qaori Cooperative and Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Footnote 1:&nbsp;International Labour Organization (ILO): The ILO is a specialized agency of the United Nations that is dedicated to promoting social justice and protecting the rights of workers.
