Analyzing the legal implications around InterTaG, Qaori Coop, NPO/charity, or any other partners, we wanted to explain the following facts:

Qaori.coop, currently operated as a service of InterTaG CO., LTD Thailand, is a platform or channel allowing NPOs or charities to collect money, raise funds, and communicate.

Like SMEs, cooperatives, corporations, or entrepreneurs, Qaori does not operate the members’ businesses but provides services to them on their behalf. As defined in the membership contract, Qaori has a list of prohibited activities and items, like weapons or drugs.

Regulated activities operated outside the cooperative, requiring licenses from the government, are conducted under the members’ responsibility unless Qaori Cooperative decides to operate such business directly.

We have been working on workarounds to enable non-licensed charities to use our platform. First, we have charity partners and can make contacts to negotiate partnerships.

Second, we can propose other ways to use our platform and circumvent compliance constraints by making all involved actors members, including the receivers. The people who are the goal of the fundraising can become active members and participate in the digital economy. Give fish or teach fishing!

Could we imagine to donate memberships with prefilled Qaori wallets to enable the receivers to buy and sell?
