The governance of Qaori Cooperative is structured as follows:

  • General Assembly: The General Assembly is the highest decision-making body of the cooperative. It is made up of all members of the cooperative. The General Assembly meets annually to approve the cooperative’s budget, elect the board of directors, and make other important decisions.
  • Board of Directors: The board of directors is responsible for the overall management of the cooperative. It is made up of 7-15 members who are elected by the General Assembly. The board of directors meets regularly to discuss the cooperative’s operations and make decisions.
  • Management Team: The management team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cooperative. It is headed by a general manager who is appointed by the board of directors. The management team is responsible for implementing the decisions of the board of directors and managing the cooperative’s staff and resources.
