   We facilitate a marketplace for buyers and sellers. We are not involved in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers and are not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur as a result of these transactions.
6. Employment Agency Services
   We provide job opportunities and employment agency services. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or employment placements.
7. Qaori Coop Exchange Financial Services
   We provide a range of financial services, including the issuance of Qaori, CryptoWallet services, Global Remittance services, Payment services, Investment services, Credit Union services, and Microfinance services. These services are subject to additional terms and conditions, and you should read those carefully before deciding to use these services.
8. Online/Offline Event Calendar Services
   We provide event calendar services for both online and offline events. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event information.
9. Expat Services
   We offer services for expats, including BOI Smart Visa services and Company Formation services. We do not guarantee the outcome or success of these services.
10. User Conduct
    You agree not to use the Site or Services to post or transmit any illegal material, harass others, or engage in any other activity that could damage, overburden, or impair the Site or Services.
11. Dispute Resolution
    Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
